近期，我公司發(fā)現一起不法商人利用不干膠紙，將我公司產品上的商標、聯系方式、服務電話等重要信息進行覆蓋后，對海外客戶宣稱該產品為其所謂“集團公司”旗下產品，西江機械為其公司子公司的低劣侵權行為。為確保國內外廣大用戶的利益不受損害，維護廣東肇慶西江機械制造有限公司形象，我公司再次鄭重聲明：

Recently, Our Company found that some unscrupulous traders use adhesive to covering the brand and contact information on our machines. And then claim to overseas customers that these machines were produced by their “Group”. And WEST RIVER company is their subsidiary. To ensure that the interests of customers from damage and maintain image of WEST RIVER company, we solemnly declare as below:

1、我公司的商標等重要信息從不會以不干膠的形式粘貼在產品標牌之上。 

We won’t use the form of stickers to paste our logo or company information on the product label.

2、廣東肇慶西江機械制造有限公司不隸屬于任何集團或者公司。也從未在肇慶市郊大路田以外的地址成立分公司。

3、望廣大用戶高度警惕，避免上當受騙。歡迎社會各界向我公司舉報侵害我公司權益的行為，一經查實，我公司將給予舉報人一定的經濟獎勵。同時，對侵害我公司利益的不法商人及為不法商人的違法行為提供便利的用戶，我公司除停止一切售后服務外，還將保留法律追訴的權利。
